The catalogue

Labeling the calls is the foundation.
This is what gets built on it.

Every workflow below runs on the same labeled dataset — the mentions, the transcripts, the deal context. Some land in Slack the morning of a call. Some are living documents your team reads instead of re-deriving. One is a connector that hands your own model the rows and gets out of the way.

30-day PoC · Your data stays yours · Nothing shared without opt-in

What sits underneath

A transcript is where this starts. It is not what it runs on.

Every workflow below reads a corpus already broken into typed units, resolved to real companies, carrying the business context from the moment it was said — and often already compiled into something cited and kept current. Point a model at raw transcripts and it starts at the bottom of this list again, every time anyone asks anything.

The workflows below

Compiled, cited artifacts

Analysis already done and kept current — battlecards, partner reports, category reads — where every claim carries a citation back to the mention it came from, and staleness is enforced rather than hoped for.

De-identified ecosystem signal

Aggregate provider and agency signal drawn from across the network — no names, no quotes, no deals, opt-in per partner.

Emergent classification

Topics, subcategories, product areas, intent and severity that came out of your corpus rather than a fixed list someone guessed at up front — and that keep reorganizing as the corpus moves.

Deal state at the time of the call

The opportunity's stage, amount, and close date as they stood when the call happened — alongside where that deal ended up.

Business context at the moment it was said

Each mention carries who that company was when they said it — storefront platform, installed stack, revenue band, headcount — plus who was speaking, their role, and their career history.

Entity resolution

A name said out loud is not an entity. Yapo is Yotpo. Kendo is Okendo. Recharge is sometimes the verb. Every mention resolves to the vendor, company, and person actually meant — and corrections we make are remembered.

Atomic mention units

Every call is shattered into individually typed units — a complaint, a compliment, a feature request, a referral, a proof point a rep cited, a renewal date said in passing. Each one is speaker-attributed, carries the words around it, and points back to its exact moment in the call.

A recorded call

Point a model here and it starts at the bottom, every time anyone asks anything.

Runs through every layer above

Ecommerce-specific knowledge

Knowing Klaviyo from Yotpo from Gorgias, an agency from an app, a migration from a rip-and-replace, reviews from loyalty even when the vendor sells both.
